Our Terrior
Planted across 350 hectares of vineyards, each variety has its own foliage and unique aromatic characteristics. Herdade das Servas believes that good wine begins in the vineyard, where they decide what flavours they want to achieve with each harvest, by tailoring the balance between soil and vine to produce great grapes.
Sustainability
In a commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of sustainable production practices – from vineyard to winery – Herdade das Servas is part of a pioneering programme in Portugal called the Alentejo Wines Sustainability Programme (PSVA) promoted by the Alentejan Region Agriculture Commission (CVRA). 34
